I experienced very friendly service. The young lady who assisted me was very knowledgeable and quickly got me processed and into the truck I needed. It had been a while since I rented a U Haul vehicle so had not used the apps before. The license capture and truck inspection apps were very easy to use and made me feel confident that the vehicle condition was properly documented. My only suggestion is that the location offer a bit more space for customer parking. Overall a very efficient and courteous experience.

If I could, I would give this location zero stars due to the poor customer service I experienced. The employee, Kayla (if that is her name), was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in assisting me when I asked for help. There’s no need to patronize customers who are simply seeking assistance. I also asked the assistant manager for help with a truck key, and he told me, “No, you do it, the keys are in your hand.” To make matters worse, I was given the wrong key twice! I rented u-haul cargo trailers from this location twice in the past 6 weeks. The trailers were worked well, were clean, and really helped speed up my daughter's apartment moves. I highly recommend working with Eric there who was super friendly and helpful!
