Booked UBOX for home delivery on the 11th. Called to confirm the date and location a week out, received a text confirmation on the 3rd for home delivery on the 11th. Then day of delivery (one hour before my expected delivery time) got a call asking what time the following day would work. I said it was scheduled for the 11th and I had specifically requested it. The staff were amazingly, friendly and helpful. They made the rental experience easy.
