The management of this facility has gone downhill significantly in the last year. I would not use them again. I've been trying to check out of the storage unit I rented for a week now. I 've tried 3 times, the first time the computer system was down and they couldn't help me, the second time I called and they told me they would check me out and I'd receive a confirmation by e-mail (I didn't receive anything), the third time I've been calling for 50 minutes and no one answers the phone. AWESOME! Nice place and really nice people there. I returned a trailer and a moving van on separate occasion and both times it was a pleasure to deal with different person at this location.
