They overbooked the vehicle I rented then call right before pickup and offer me a pickup when it is raininv out. They did not offer a discount or day sorry or anything just take a pickup or much higher priced vehicle. Horrible service and I will not book with these people again.
Fantastic team here !
Excellent dealer. Equipment was ready & clean when we picked it up. Some trouble with the phone app to checkout. Not their fault as this is a corporate location and not a frnchise. I've been renting a pickup truck from them for many years now.
Reserved a truck a month in advance, I received a call the day before moving saying they don’t have any trucks of that size. Do not recommend. They have no accountability or planning skills
Perfect location for my move. Truck was clean and ready. Had a bit of a line when I brought the truck back (around 5:30pm), so one of the two employees said to drop of keys in the box and your receipt should be emailed within a couple of hours. He was correct. Thank you for a positive and hassle-free moving experience.
