The gentleman was very nice, but the truck didn’t have a lot of gas in it and it had a big dent on side and it was so dirty looked like someone threw shit all over the front of it. I was told 21 dollars when I reserved it and it ended up being over 30 dollars not very happy about it all
we had nobissues with equipment andcstaff made rental and return process very easy.
This is hands down the best Uhaul in toledo. A few of these poor reviews are about the uhaul system, not this specific store, that's not fair. Always extremely cordial and helpful. I will continue to return to this location.
#1 I was a first time renter. When I got the truck I live not even 3 miles from the pick up location. Upon getting the truck I noted I needed to get gas. When reading the paper it said the gas was 3/4s full. That was a lie. #2 When applying for the truck and taking care of everything online it told me my total would be $106. I also got rental insurance on the truck as suggested. When paying for the truck it was $160.
