Dear fellow U-Haul storage customers... would you PLEASE stop parking your vehicles and loading / unloading your stuff literally RIGHT in front of the main entrance at the front of the building? Literally every time I come here lately, no matter what time of day, someone is doing this. Tons of other people store their items here and you're literally blocking every other customer from entering / exiting the building when you do this... I mean how clueless can you be? Awesome customer service from every person we worked with and that was at least 6 over a four month period. Very clean and organized facilities too. Using the UBOXes to move from one island to the next. And we also rented a small 5x5x8 storage for a few months. Excellent service all around and fair pricing.
Employees are friendly and service is ok but do NOT park your vehicle overnight unless you want it to be stolen or broken in to… I had to learn this the hard way. Would be nice if they warned you ahead of time, and would be much nicer if they had better security and better cameras. Apparently this is a common issue here.
