The lady who gave us info about the truck rental was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. This shop seemed well stocked. I booked online and that process was OK with the app. The U-Haul corporation on the other hand was a huge disappointment. I was supposed to have a reservation for a truck in Marshalltown. But then they call the day before me to inform me that they won’t have a truck in MT and the nearest one is 75 miles away in Webster City!
