If I coulda gave them 0 stars I would have! The management at the uhaul in marshalltown is horrible at remembering anything and seems to be a bit bipolar. He tells you one thing and changes his mind the next. He is always right in his mind and if you try to prove him wrong he actually will call the police and have you tress passed or banned from "his" store because you "threatened" him allegedly.
