Unfortunately I still have to do business with them but they won't exchange the straps for a motorcycle that I purchased from them and that went bad after only using them 2 times.
Great customer service! I've used trucks from this location a couple of times and have had positive experiences. The people working at the counter are fantastic and way easier to deal with than the app. And I'm an app type person.
Easy to rent and use. Fit everything i needed to move. Truck was clean and in good condition.
I so appreciate what you guys do the town had a rain storm and I got a call from one of the staff team to make sure none of my items was damaged and when I don't secure my unit and I will always appreciate the U-Haul TEAM
