Reserved a truck a week before the end of the month and then a day earlier they tell me oh we don’t have the truck you reserved and get mad at me ??????. Trash service and disrespectful customer service. One star is too much.
Literally told me “ your reservation means nothing “ for a reservation I made a week ago two days before I’m moving out. Thanks again u haul for reliably being unreliable EVERY time !
The guy at the front desk ignored me when I walked in. No greetings, no “how can I help you” nothing. He then had an attitude when I asked about some trailers. I would try to avoid renting from them, since I seem to be such an inconvenience.
