Everything was clean and ready to go. Jerome was very helpful and kind. He was busy but did great multi tasking
We scheduled for a 7:30 am pick up and there's was no one in the store. Off course you can't get a hold of anyone on the phone. Tried calling the 800 number, she was no help. Someone FINALLY pulled up and took them over 15 min. to open the doors. We had people waiting to help us with the move. Needless to say, it screwed up all of our moving plans!!! Very upset. Such poor business practice. If you are going to open at 7am then you better have someone there. Finally got our trailer at 8:30. Very FRUSTRATING!!

We ordered a U-Haul truck from this location and they were fabulous. Open on Saturday and the person took care of us. Highly recommend.
