She went above and beyond did an outstanding job accommodating everything I needed in the midst of a very sudden unexpected move out situation for me. It left a very strong positive impression on me. The storage facility also I rate very highly, cleaning well organized, and the cargo van rental was great, the Dodge was incredibly easy to drive and a tremendous value for single day local use. Please give Maria employee of the month!
Unacceptable customer service. My husband and I entered this facility to return a trailer that had been rented in another state. Neither employee at the desk looked up from their computer or greeted us when we entered. There were no other customers in there that they were helping. I had to say good morning to them, and even then they hardly acknowledged us. After about 2 minutes of silence, one employee named Maria came around the counter and said “is that your trailer?” And when we answered yes, she started to walk outside.... read more
