As usual, this U-Haul location is a 5 star! We reserve all of our moving vehicles from the Libertyville location. Facility is always clean, personnel are helpful and professional, and vehicles are in great shape! This will always be our first choice for trucks!
I have met for members of the staff worked with them all to some extent they’re all very courteous and quite helpful. The cargo van which they rented to me worked very well and was quite clean inside with no defects at all. It is also very new but it gets it a lot and it was in excellent condition in terms of cleanliness and being completely full of gasoline. They are awesome and very helpful. I was missing some hardware for my hitch installation and Todd went of the way to get me some. Would 100% recommend their services.
Hire more employees like Vina and Preston -They are the best I’ve encountered in all of the U-haul locations I’ve been to over the years.
