Unacceptable customer service. My husband and I entered this facility to return a trailer that had been rented in another state. Neither employee at the desk looked up from their computer or greeted us when we entered. There were no other customers in there that they were helping. I had to say good morning to them, and even then they hardly acknowledged us. After about 2 minutes of silence, one employee named Maria came around the counter and said “is that your trailer?” And when we answered yes, she started to walk outside.... read more

Wish I could give them 6 stars! Great experience here. Units and facilities always clean and convenient to get to. Easy parking and getting in and out. Every time I’ve needed something from them, from supplies to rental trucks and trailers, they’ve always had it in stock. Simple, smooth check-in/check-out. And most importantly staff and management is super nice and always looking for ways to make the customer service experience better.
