Huge location with lots of availability. I worked with two of the nicest and most helpful employees. Will go out of my way to use this location in the future.

I've been waiting over a week for a call from the regional manager they have raised my rent four times for a storage unit in less than 9 months. The cleaning lady told me she removed my lock off my storage unit because it was on the incorrectly. I receive no phone call from the office or a letter or anything giving dim permission to do so. Not only did they take my original lock off they have my codes to get into my storage.
