To add to your low rating. Reserved a trailer 4 days ago. Got a email confirmation below. Came to get trailer today at below location as on reservation and they say not here its at this Waukesha location. Nobody ever called or updated us about location change. Than manager at this bad rated facility customer service 0. STAY AWAY ! NO WONDER REVIEWS ARE BAD
Quick and efficient. Needed a trailer last minute and the whole process went smooth, and I was able to pick it up at the last minute. Staff was friendly
Our move was going sideways and Brennan helped make it right! He and Topher made a very difficult day into a successful move and I appreciate their commitment to customer service.
I have not done a move in a hot minute. And I was sort of stressed. But, Garrett and his crew in Waukesha showed me I had nothing to worry about. Everything was ready and the move was easy-peasy. Late that night, I realized I must have left a couch pillow in the truck. Turns out I did. The staff got it back to me early the next morning.
