Followed all the signs for equipment return. Sign explicitly says to wait outside and a representative will come to you. The store was totally dead and employees are just walking around avoiding me. Finally one walks over and 20 minutes and seems surprised I'm there. Why have signs telling you to stay outside if that's not what you want customers to do? I've got better things to do than sit in the truck for 20 minutes.
