I have a Storage at this facility, and recently rented a truck from them. The agents in our store, are personable, efficient, friendly, and always treat us right.
I have rented from this U-haul in the past and always had a good experience. I should have read the reviews before deciding to have a hitch installed at this location. I spoke to 2 people at the main Uhaul number before scheduling to have my Toyota hitch installed at the League City location. I gave them my vehicle and told them both I wanted a Toyota hitch installed. I spoke to the manager, Josh, who was unfriendly and unapologetic for not being able install a third party hitch.
