Excellent Customer Service
I honestly wouldn't even want to give them 1 star. If they had negative stars it would be a -5. I never rate or write reviews but this place is a joke and they are rude and so unprofessional. Twice now the manager has threatened to have me arrested over my voicemail for a u-box that I had at my location for over a year and never missed a payment (on the website says for as long as you need it , you can store it at your location or at their facility). Pay attention to your details on paperwork when doing business inside this location deposit of truck rental being added to cost of rentals when asked to pay a deposit and deposit not being refunded on return of rental property
Customer service is always great, Shane is always to deal with.
Rented here many times over the years they have grown a lot but the service hasn’t changed, always helpful and quick to get you in your way and returns couldn’t be easier or faster. Always recommend this place to everyone
