Great customer service at the check in desk. She was very helpful! Checking the vehicle back in days later with app was simple. No complaints on the truck, it was huge, clean, and ran great!
We had an excellent rental experience. Ordering the vehicle online was simple, and the pickup was quick and efficient. Drop off was good too, although the direction to drop off the vehicle under the canopy can be a problem when someone drops off the vehicle and parks it at the entrance to the canopy...blocking the other returns from doing the same.
