We had an excellent rental experience. Ordering the vehicle online was simple, and the pickup was quick and efficient. Drop off was good too, although the direction to drop off the vehicle under the canopy can be a problem when someone drops off the vehicle and parks it at the entrance to the canopy...blocking the other returns from doing the same.
We rented a Uhaul to remove some unneeded items from our home. When we picked up the truck it had 7/8 of a tank of gas. We were instructed to have the tank at that level or above when we returned it. We definitely were at that point when we returned. We drove under the projected miles as well. When the attendant printed the invoice it was over by $20.00; he said we were supposed to fill it to 15/16. That was not the agreement.
