The entire staff are very friendly and helpful. The day of pickup they even offered to help load my car to avoid damage because I was by myself. Also double checked everything. Uhaul should send people to this location for training on how to treat customers.
This is the best U-Haul I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot. Friendly Staff, the store was stocked with everything you'd ever need as far as moving. I went early in the morning and got in and out quickly with a car hauler. Returning was easy as well, and did it on the U-Haul app. Will use this store for any moving needs in the Lake STL, O'Fallon, St. Charles area for sure.

She was friendly, professional, and took time to explain everything clearly so we felt confident with the rental. The truck was clean and ready to go, and the pickup process was quick and easy.
