Zero customer service. Spent 15 min looking for a worker to get propane. No one in store or anywhere around. I called for them inside store and outside. Can’t get through to anyone on customer service. App is useless. No support.
AVOID. They don’t clean their vehicles, period. They’re disgusting, sticky, they stink, they have trash from previous people, just gross. When you return the truck through the app, even if you indicated at the time of rental that it was dirty, the return process warns that you may be charged a $25 cleaning fee if you select that it isn’t clean enough for another family to use. It effectively pressures customers into marking a dirty vehicle as “clean enough” to avoid being charged for a mess they didn’t create.
Great U-Haul location! Super customer service with well-maintained equipment makes for a good pickup experience. The place was mobbed because it was college graduation weekend and it was obvious that we all had the same idea… move our kids home immediately after they escaped with a diploma. Yet, this location had many people working to keep the line flowing. Pick up was quick and easy!
