Staff was very friendly and helpful answering all the questions I had regarding a storage unit. One of the team members also walked me directly to the unit so I knew how to navigate through the area. The storage unit area is VERY clean
They had every opportunity in the 15-20 minute phone call to tell us they would be charging $186 instead of the $30 they quoted us originally. What a surprise that was. I understand there will be additional fees but that big of a price jump needs to be addressed immediately. Do better.
Their inability and unwillingness to put a hitch on a Van because of the difficulty disappoints me. It's a Dodge caravan. They run into it all the time. I think they just don't want to work all this while they're wearing a shirt saying "big dog on hitches." All I got out of it was a little chihuahua feeling they had the equipment, just not the willingness to put it in.It was too hard
