In and out quick for a tow dolly. Would have liked for it to be cheaper for just a couple hours and a few miles use.
Be very observant and alert to every single charge at all times! Get receipts and be ready to question any and all discrepancies! I reserved a truck for a total of $50 online. When I went to get my receipt when returning the truck they had charged me $106.52! I had told both employees I stopped and gassed up the truck. They were charging me $30 for "fuel fill-up service fee" and $20 for "EZ Fuel Sales: 4.00 gal". I barely drove 7 miles! I wish the uhaul24/7 wifi worked 24/7! Other than that it was a smooth return experience.
Ease of pickup up and drop off was awesome! The staff were all very kind and friendly. Highly recommend.
I made a reservation for a truck and just previous night at 7PM I got a call telling me the truck is not available. They offer the biggest size, pick up at a location minimum 1 hour of drive. I took days off from work to arrange everything else and it is funny to see how U-Haul handles their faults. I can also tell about how customer reps on the phone are desperate and can’t help, but it’s another topic.
