Very friendly and knowledgeable staff
The staff was very friendly. The van I reserved had not been returned (actually, it had to be reported stolen), so the staff made a quick pivot and offered me the small 10" truck instead. They also immediately compensated me for my trouble and provided the bigger vehicle at the same price as the van. Great way to handle a sub-optimal situation. Only had to make a quick trip from storage facility to Purdue campus, so can't comment much on the vehicle, but it was clean and seemed in good shape.
Everythingw was fantastic (fast, easy service; clean, well-maintained van), and the staff are terrific. Thank you!
