I wish I could give negative stars. U-Haul’s Moving Help company is a complete scam. DO NOT book Let’s Go Moving (local Nashville moving company) through Moving Help. They said they did not need our provided ratchet straps to secure our belongings. As a result, the vast majority of our things were heavily damaged, some irreparable. We purchased the best insurance through Uhaul; however, that apparently only covers the truck itself and not our belongings. Let’s Go Moving has been completely radio silent. Would give 0 stars if I could. Inquired about a listing for wood storage crates that were for sale. We messaged with who we were lead to believe was the superior, Rochelle, who lacked communication. We live 2 hours away from this location so we called the store and were told there were some available and they had guys to load them up as long as we got there before 4. David went above and beyond amazing. Aug/3 pouring rain, 5 people in line all with reservations at 5 pm and a coworker telling everone to leave with reservations that have been in the door before 5. He stepped up to the plate and knock it out of the park 10/10 for David
