No improvement needed. Staff was very helpful and the process to rent the trailer was quick and easy. The young lady who helped me on check out should be commended for going above and beyond her duties to help me hook up the trailer. I highly recommend visiting this location. No lines, clean, organized and everyone of the staff members are very helpful. Worth the extra drive to rent equipment.

Busy, but guy was super efficient. Handled multiple customers at once. Only 4 starts because everything is ordered for moving wasn't avaliable. Truck was clean and in good repair.
I wish I could give negative stars. U-Haul’s Moving Help company is a complete scam. DO NOT book Let’s Go Moving (local Nashville moving company) through Moving Help. They said they did not need our provided ratchet straps to secure our belongings. As a result, the vast majority of our things were heavily damaged, some irreparable. We purchased the best insurance through Uhaul; however, that apparently only covers the truck itself and not our belongings. Let’s Go Moving has been completely radio silent.
