Absolutely terrible customer service. Scheduled a trailer hitch install for October 11th on my 2008 Toyota Highlander. Arrived on the 11th only to find out that the parts hadn't come in yet (parts were ordered on Sept. 28th). No phone call, had to drive two hours and find that out at my scheduled appointment. After going back and forth with store staff and the manager, they magically managed to find parts at a nearby branch that they were able to have delivered to their store.
