We’ve rented 4 times now from this location and always have had an easy great experience.
Their customer service sucks. There's a leak in the building and I tried getting the number to do a more formal complaint and the dude talked to me as if I was stupid. He gave me excuses to why he didn't have the number and I had to find it myself. Not to mention I kept being put on hold while I was talking and trying to get this info. He hung up on me after the second phone call to actually get the info.
