Loved using the 24/7
I received the truck with 21 miles till empty on gas. I returned it with more gas than I received it yet still got charged extra for gas. This isn't acceptable.
Smooth experience. The trucks are nice and well maintained. The online booking and return was straight forward.
Worst storage unit ever they locked me out of my storage, even though my payment was up to date and when I tried to access it again, they said they overnighted me a key for the new lock and still, I haven’t got the key. I had a flight to catch and had to reschedule my whole trip. The receptionist Jade is so rude and no help at all with a nasty attitude. All because I needed help I will never ever ever get another storage unit or recommend anyone to them.
