Worst customer service EVER. I have spent the last month attempting to get a refund for mis-reported mileage on a truck I rented at the beginning of July. When we picked it up there was a 400 mile discrepancy between what the truck stated and the documentation stated, we took photos, and I was told it would be fixed when we dropped the truck off. I've been at the location several times throughout the past 6 ish weeks buying moving supplies such as boxes and wrapping paper, The young girl with glasses is Super friendly, helpful and has helped me several times during the whole adventure, kinda seemed like she is overworked and always there. Her manager the young, taller skinny gentleman who looks to be about 18 is completely rude, walked in on an interaction while he was straight up yelling at a customer and I couldn't believe it. I want to start by saying I am very disappointed in this store. I came in today to buy some boxes and some other supplies, but after seeing how the supposedly General Manager (young guy wearing a beanie hat) treats their employees I decided to leave. On top of this, he walked around the store vaping. After hearing how he talk to his employees and demeans them was enough to know I will not support this business whilst he is there.
