Worst customer service EVER. I have spent the last month attempting to get a refund for mis-reported mileage on a truck I rented at the beginning of July. When we picked it up there was a 400 mile discrepancy between what the truck stated and the documentation stated, we took photos, and I was told it would be fixed when we dropped the truck off.
