Wish you could give minus stars…. Charged twice for a storage locker, Took bank statement clearly showing I was charged twice but I was told in their system it only charged once…The $$ didn’t disappear into thin air and the bank isn’t printing fake statements so they 100% absolutely charged me twice and are refusing to refund. Scammer thieves is all those people are and they’ve been reported to U-Haul head office and the fraud reporting service of my bank.
