Years ago, I used the Inkster location for my storage needs and had an excellent experience. When I needed storage again, I chose the same location and took advantage of their promotion. Kirandeep and the staff were very helpful, professional, and made the whole process hassle-free. Even though I now live quite far from the location, I still chose them because of the great service I received before. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for friendly staff and excellent customer service.
Hitch Installation Overall disappointed with the service. I made my first appointment online beginning of June and the day of the appt saying they didn’t have the hitch so I rescheduled to end of June. Same thing happened they called the evening before and told me they didn’t have/could not get the hitch I requested. I tried calling them to discuss multiple times and spent a total of 1hr on hold.
