Great Customer Service
My experience with this particular U-Haul location, is that I was treated like they value my patronage, they value me as a customer. I rented a small size box truck to move my personal property to a new place, it was explained to me by the nice and friendly clerk the policy when I return the truck back during after hours but I forgot to use the app system to return the truck doing after hours.
