I had a terrible experience at the Hyattsville U-Haul. It seems like there’s no manager in charge. I called twice this morning, and both times I was told to wait 30 minutes—no one ever followed up. When I called the third time, the person said, “You’re calling again?” I explained that I needed help with my trailer because the light they installed wasn’t working.
