The manager Johnathan was extremely rude, unprofessional, & lacked a desire to uphold uhual standards of treating their customers. It took him over 40 minutes and a regional owner arriving to assist manually renting the truck when my phone wouldn't work. There were absolutely no other customers in the store while 6 employees sat in front of their respective computers doing absolutely nothing.
