The truck I rented was in terrible condition. The driver's side door literally fell off the third time I opened it. The latch came undone on the back door of the trailer and the dolly went flying out when I was driving it too. Thankfully, this happened at midnight so there wasn't anyone else on the road. I took the truck back a day before it was due back, and they only gave me a partial refund for the remaining day I had left on the rental.
