Excellent experience from start to finish. Joe was professional and quick during pickup and dropoff. Van was new, handled very well. Will definitely rent again.
I made an appointment for a trailer hitch. It was confirmed by multiple emails from uhall telling me what to expect. When I arrived for the appointment they told me they have my reservation but the hitch hadn't even been ordered yet!! I understand that things happen but I am very disappointed in uhall. I am hoping for better results next time.
