My father and I had a wonderful experience today signing up for a unit. We have had terrible experiences with other providers recently but as soon as we walked in, we were treated professionally, promptly, and with care. Pamela and Allen were such a big help explaining to us how everything worked, the financial aspect, and made sure we had everything we needed. This is the first U-Haul location I’ve been to that was absolutely immaculate. The two men at the front counter were awesome, professional, helpful, and welcoming. If I’m ever back in New Jersey, this is definitely where I’ll be bringing my belongings to store. Great experience!
