Rented a Ford Transit U-haul AC didn’t work I advised the staff they said “we know” well you didn’t let us know when we rented it for the weekend.. would’ve been nice to know prior to taking it rather then letting it go as is.. then was charged numerous fees back to back.. crappy way to do business
Great service. Easy online booking. Check in and return went smoothly. Good pricing. Definitely recommend.
I picked up the truck in Kansas City, MO and dropped it off in Holland, MI. Not having to go into the store is key. In the past when I've rented trucks and had to go into the store to pick it up, it took hours. Now, with the ability to check in from my phone and the key is in a lockbox, pickup is slick and quick, and I can pick it up before the store is open, allowing me to get an early start. Drop-off was equally as easy. UHaul has upped their game. This is the way to go.
The people were very friendly and hot me in and out smooth without any problems
