Rented a Ford Transit U-haul AC didn’t work I advised the staff they said “we know” well you didn’t let us know when we rented it for the weekend.. would’ve been nice to know prior to taking it rather then letting it go as is.. then was charged numerous fees back to back.. crappy way to do business
