We are third floor on the storage unit. Elevator is broken so having to haul huge boxes up 3 flights. No one answers the phone in the office at assist. You can’t run a multi floor storage facility without elevators working properly
Came in for boxes today & to also get a quote for a moving van. Caleb was kind, courteous, quick & professional when providing a quote. I look forward to utilizing a rental van in the near future!
Uhaul is very good to provide services and quality equipment. I recommend for family and friends.
Agents were very helpful, and the rental 15' truck was in excellent condition. Clean, easy to drive, and comfortable for two passengers.
