The staff went above and beyond for me every visit.
I rented a 5x9 trailer. The pick up was a little slow just due to the system being finicky - trying the get picture of the front of the DL took a few attempts - but it was pretty straight forward getting the equipment otherwise so no big complaints. The system just needed some coffee haha. The drop off was super simple, just drove up to the return door, staff had me go to the same spot they attached the trailer around back, they detached the trailer, and I was on my way in 5 min.
