I am only giving this a 2 star because the rep was friendly. I went by last weekend for the pre tow inspection. The man seemed confused as to why I would want that. He said there is a no reason to look at my vehicle since the computer said my car can tow. I asked him about the lights and stuff and he said nothing to worry about since they could rig them through my trunk? A few hours before pickup they said they gave away my reserved trailer and had to go to West Florissant where the experience was even worse than this one...... read more
The Customer Service at the pick up and the drop off was excellent
Gavin and the rest of the crew at 8916 dunn did a phenomenal job in helping me rent a u haul and storage. Highly recommended.
