I cannot say enough good things about Doug, the General Manager at this U-Haul location and associate Gavin. I was recovering from a medical issue and needed to close out my contract quickly so I could vacate the area and start the next chapter of my life. Doug stepped up and made the entire closeout process completely seamless. He has a rare management style that actually focuses on helping clients get to the best possible position moving forward. My experience here was excellent. I had actually booked at a location closer to my job site but when I went to pick up they were extremely busy and only had one person working. So I called the Hazelwood location and booked over the phone. The young lady who answered was very helpful and accommodated my request. Once I arrived she was the first person to greet me and did so with a friendly attitude and smile. When I returned the equipment later in the day I experienced the same level of service. Excellent staff GM (Doug terrible with names) took great care, ran into what I thought was gonna be an issue with my trailer rental (my fault) called and spoke assistant Mgr who resolved it. So they took GREAT CARE of me & around my house New Client 💯💪🏽
