Except that the U-Haul storages are veery expensive, specific this storage a few last years now had issues with the elevator and power often, and the staff didn't care about, when i ask them for anything! For example because last May the whole month wasn't work the elevator, i was ask them many times when its gonna be available again, and every time they just was answare me soon, soon, but at the end for a month about wasn't available. Very clean place well maintained pretty friendly staff . First of all they charged me for a storage unit that wasn’t on my contract , then they couldn’t get the unit right that they initially assigned me . My excess card wasn’t activated correctly so l had to keep walking up to the office . My contract stated 5 days to return my truck , they had me down for 3 days . The time to wait for the initial service was long . But over all better than those rip off scam moving companies l guess .
