Had storage there for a year. Very clean nice staff
Horrible experience, I rented for 6 hours, returned it after 5 hours and they ended up charging me for 2 days. The reciept papers indicated the time returned being correct but they still charged me for an extra day. Also they NEVER answer there phones and not even Uhaul Corp can reach them when I call them directly. I will steer clear from them at all cost for pick up and return. In person experience was horrible aswell, the staff felt so dead and unwelcoming.
Darrell was really great he helped me out after a bad time at the place I was supposed to pick up the trailer at. I originally rented from the U-haul in Groton. But we received a text to pick it up at a U-Haul neighborhood dealer at 375 RT 12 Groton CT 06340. Well the owner David was a very arrogant man. Excellent service! Friendly and honest. Staff is very helpful!
Everything went smooth! At first, the taking license photo, retrieving the key and identifying the truck was new, but other than that, everything went great. When we dropped off the truck, there was great customer service!
