Super helpful nice employee and very clean storage
Good Service and nice people
the guy at the counter couldn't even acknowledge us. not even a hello , i'll be with you in one moment . nothing . it seems like he was helping a customer with more than just putting on the trailer . the customer brought tools and their working on something under the hood. this took way more time than what I needed . another customer left because of poor service
U HAUL should be proud of employees at this location. Both guys from the front office and back loading docks are great example of professionalism and curtesy! Great job and thank you!
Chuck was rude hates his job made a comment about quitting the job. I order a truck and trailer went to pick them both up and they didn't have a trailer went back 2 days later and wanted to charge me again for the rental I already paid for. We were time limit took 45 mins to get the trailer figure out and made us run late getting to where we need to be and now have pay for other day for the uhaul truck.
