I would not rent a truck from this location. we didn't see any roaches when when picked up the truck but once we put a few metal items in and 1 mattress in my husband saw movement out of the corner of his eye in the wood slats on the side of the moving truck, sure enough he saw cockroaches, this tells me they do not actually check their vehicles.they tried to make it right at first by getting us a different truck but after putting one toolbox in i just could not shake the disgusted feeling of finding roaches so we did return... read more

the guy at the counter couldn't even acknowledge us. not even a hello , i'll be with you in one moment . nothing . it seems like he was helping a customer with more than just putting on the trailer . the customer brought tools and their working on something under the hood. this took way more time than what I needed . another customer left because of poor service
