I had an extremely frustrating experience with U Haul and would rate them with a negative five stars if I could. The condition of the truck was absolutely terrible. As someone with a CDL Class A driving 18 wheelers tractor trailer I’m very familiar with how a truck should feel on the road, and this one was far from safe. The truck shook uncontrollably, and the seatbelt alarm kept going off despite my seatbelt being properly fastened.
