Propane tank refill Shoutout to Chanse for always a great work and customer service ethic- each time we refill our tanks! Always an great experience on Saturdays getting propane - best time is noon-ish on Saturday afternoon morning rental rush is over
Scheduled a truck reservation for 7AM this morning. Showed up at 7:07AM. Received a phone call as I’m walking in that my truck isn’t at this location. There’s about a dozen trucks in the parking lot, but they said I can’t rent one of those. Having to drive across town to pick up another truck while I’m on a tight schedule. You’d think they’d contact you before your reservation if there was any issue with it. No sort of remedy or help from them. Hopefully they don’t charge me for the extra miles as well. Waited more then half hour to propane refill nobody showed. Went inside the store asked an employee to help refill.. replied very aggressively we are busy and no one for refill. I have been in this location many times have same experience . Not friendly staff Just left and never go back. U-Haul pls if u r open for business pls provide otherwise shut it down
