Very good customer service
Lazy staff. They gave me the crappiest unit there that set the emergency exit off every time. I only had my stuff there 3 days. Moved it out and left the door up. They keep trying to auto charge me. The staff is supposed to check out a dam unit that is open and cleared out.
Uhaul came through for me on short notice for a one way truck rental to Austin. It was a Friday morning and Budget Truck rental failed me by giving me a faulty truck and would not give me an update on a replacement. I was able to quickly get a Uhaul truck at this location near my house and they had it ready in less than hour. It was clean and in great condition. I'll only be using Uhaul in the future!
I had a call and text the day before pickup asking me to pick up the uhaul truck at a different location, which was a gas station ran by a guy who didn't know what he was doing. I was also told id get some sort of reduced mileage discount for going to a further location for pickup. I was still charged full price. The lack of integrity is annoying to say the least.
