Customer service was excellent
I rented a trailer to tow my classic 4 x 4 Jeep. Either the inexperienced attendant gave me a faulty trailer. Or did not know what to look for. I purchased the additional insurance for my classic. ( just in case ) I have a box full of receipts as I was rebuilding the vehicle. Moving it from my city home to my ranch. If you look closely at the first few pictures.
