Been using U-Haul for 40 years. Always great service, they have gone out of their way on many occasions (yes I move a lot) to accommodate my needs. I’ve also done several long distance moves, and they have never failed me yet! Sometimes it’s taken several days for them to find solutions for an emergency situations, but they never stopped calling me or gave up. They always come through! They are the best!

I would give 0 stars here if I could. Found out on 02/15 that there had been a fire on 02/13 at this facility where I have rented a storage unit for a number of years. The individual who phoned me started to tell me I could come in that afternoon when an insurance adjuster would be there to review the situation, then abruptly changed the story to indicate that "actually nobody can go in today" and someone else would have to call me back to make arrangements for me to come and review the situation.
