Great experience
Very, very poor experience. Unit was infested with rats, with rat dropping everywhere. HORRIBLE manager, Jose need demotion or training, on customer service or road safety. Reservation was cancelled without even letting me know though I was only 40 mins behind, truck missing gas cap and if I didn't point it out that's how they would let me leave the lot, major safety concern, no one walked around the vehicle with me, no instruction on basic operation, where documentation for vehicle was along with the fact that I was informe... read more
