Went to pick up a moving van I reserved. Showed up 5 minutes early waited 10-15 minutes, no associate in sight. Employee break area wide open, and looked abandoned. Took my rental elsewhere.
Fast in and out quick.
I was looking to rent a 10ft truck and called ahead to the Fort Atkinson location to ask if they had any available and the man who answered the phone just said that they would give me a call back. Confused- I asked if he could tell me if there were any trucks available. He said he was a customer service rep and couldn’t help me. For a customer service representative he was beyond rude for my asking of what I thought was a pretty simple question. Excellent Customer Service!! These guys (Dylan and his associates) were incredible and went ABOVE AND BEYOND their call of duty to ensure things went as smooth as possible. During a very stressful time of moving quickly, they were stable, supportive and patient with me, even when I was less than patient, as a customer. Thank you! Uhaul needs to give you a raise and treat you well because you being the face of their business, is where their best profits will be made!!
