Save your time and money and go elsewhere, the corporate greed of Uhaul will end up costing you more in the long run. Their garage doors have no sensors or safeguards, and when it closes on your car and shatters your windshield, they’ll involve their big fancy lawyer and push you away. Flagstaff is a small, locally driven economy, take your money to someone who will take care of you in return.

It’s really comforting to know the garage doors have zero safety features and no signage in place to prevent the door from closing on someone. Sure they might store your items but they could care less who you are and want to screw you out of as much money as possible. I recommend using a local storage facility like woodlands village self storage instead of U-Haul. They take zero responsibility for their own faults and try their hardest to not do the right thing. Garage door has no sensors, it only stays open for 3 mints, there are no signs anywhere stating that the garage door closes after 3 minutes. It broke a co-workers window when it closes on his car. They refuse to pay for his back window and are now wanting him to pay to fix the garage door. How about putting signs up and adding a sensor to the garage door. Just another way to make money off of people apparently.

Really best and easiest and friendliest I haul experience ever .. have been using U-Haul since 1993, so that’s a long time.

I’ve rented from this location 7-8 times over the past 6 years and have always had good experiences. Highly recommend.
