Chris took time and helped me out with problem solving the placement of the hitch wiring harness on my Highlander which had been too low reducing my rear clearance. He referred me to Reginald Fitchett of Fitchett Fabrication and Auto Service of Flagstaff who does beautiful work and solved my problem.

Worst customer service and weirdest experience I have ever had when inquiring about renting a U-Haul. The guy I spoke with name was Curtis. If I could give 0 stars I would. Please do better.
Through no fault of this location, U-Haul let me reserve equipment that this location doesn’t have, and didn’t decide to inform either me or the location about this issue until the time that I had to pick it up. Despite this, the crew here went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue and get my reservation back on track. I’d like to specifically thank Isaac and especially Ben for both being wonderful and doing more than was required of them to help me out, they were the best!
Friendly and supportive while the customer is already in a stressed state is gold! Thank you for being our go to while my girl did her four years of college in Flag! Thank you for being awesome!
