Chris (hitch and towing expert) was amazing. He was very professional, friendly, respectful, and helpful to us. He took some extra time to explain things to us that we hadn't been told after our towing package was installed at another U-Haul location.
Customer service was friendly and fast. A good way to start a move.

Reserved a truck well in advance and then was told two days before pick up that no trucks were available. Forced to get a truck 40 miles away via mobile pick up a closed location with no guarantee a truck will actually be available there or that the mobile app will be functional in a rural location. Horrible customer service.
