I booked a trailer from this U-Haul location 3 months in advance for my move-out. During those three months, I called multiple times to confirm my reservation, and even visited the store in person a week before. Made a reservation confirmed 2 weeks in advance for a 5x8 box trailer for a cross country move. Less than 48 hours before pickup they sent a message that the trailer I requested is not available for my scheduled pickup or days surrounding that time frame. They told me my only option was to switch to a 20 foot box truck that cost nearly 3x as much and was extremely overkill for my 1 bedroom apartment worth of items.
