This place was amazing! Drop-off was easy, super nice employee's, took a dumpster fire and made it less stressful!! U-haul customer service on the phone is trash and doesn't know what they are doing, the actual employee's at this location are outstanding Brian and Pete are exceptional and went above and beyond!!Thank you for taking the time to correct the systems mistakes!!! I will be using this location again!!
My friend was trying to get help from Chris about a job he did. while on the phone, my friend was trying to see if he can reach out to the other Uhaul because they didn’t honor the warranty. After trying to update Chris, I guess he started feeling like my friend was getting upset with him but he was trying to explain the update and Chris started getting defensive for no reason and starting mocking my friend. My friend did say something after and hung up. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE MORE PROFESSIONAL AND LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER.
If you need help with trailer connectors, these guys are great! Helped me get a tow connector wired and it worked GREAT!
Customer service here is outstanding. A man named Leo helped us. He was professional, kind, and patient. He explained things thoroughly. It turns out he is the manager. It’s easy to see why because he is so good at his job. The person who checked us back in was also excellent. I could tell high standards are expected at this location. Nice work!
