This place is great. They refilled my propane gas tank. They do this everyday 7:00 a.m. till sunset Sundays 9:00 a.m. till sunset Except for Christmas The staff is friendly supposedly. You can also use the app to get the service quicker but I had no need they were on site. They knew right away that I needed propane
The customer service at the Flagstaff Uhaul is truly wonderful! I worked with Sam and Chris to rent a trailer for a charity event. After I ran into an issue with my towing vehicle, they went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to use the trailer for the event. World class customer service! Thank you Flagstaff Uhaul!
Just last week I arrived in town with a one way rental. Upon returning this rental, a discrepancy in my contract came about that I was not aware of. Ophelia and Chris stepped in and stepped up, resolving the issue quickly and accurately. They showed what it means to be true professionals and deliver great customer service!
