Poor customer service I called to see about trying to get wiring installed on my class b RV.Explained to the young lady I spoke to on the phone that I called Bragg Blvd Uhaul there saying they can't get the parts for a simple wiring.So I decided to get a second opinion and the lady that answered the phone never even asked me what year my vehicle was or anything.Just had me on hold then when she answered back still did not ask what year the vehicle was to double check to see if what I was tolded from the Bragg Blvd office was... read more
The men were very polite and helpful in making our reservations. Everything was ready when we showed up to pick up the rental. The only problem is me "I'm a little short and have trouble getting in the truck." I wish there was an extra step for us vertical impaired folks. Thanks it worked great. See y'all next time.
