This location is not as family oriented as other locations..... Things happen. That's understandable. However charging $50 just for one extra hour is pretty crazy. The u haul next to seafood Express expresses gratitude and gives grace to those who need it. Not this location. I am currently very pregnant and only needed one more hour but now I'm in a bind and in a rush so that way my things don't get left behind at my old home.... We went in person on Thursday July 31 and made a reservation for a 6x 12 trailer and used our credit card to hold it for Saturday aug 2. My husband went to go get it at 730 am Sat aug 2, and they gave the trailer to someone else. Why even bother reserving?! So now we had to go to a different U-Haul company to get the trailer. I've rented more than one unit and different sized vehicles over the last 4 years from this location. They have always provided great customer service and good quality products. I will continue to recommend them to anyone in need of safe/secure storage, and worry/hassle free vehicle rentals.
The team was very professional. The representative explained everything to me and ensured I received copies. When returning, I was guided and told what happens after my invoice was closed out. Impressive.
