The U-Haul app is not always working. Specifically the location feature. When the truck pickup spot is specified, your company knows exactly where I am. If I need to schedule an overnight truck, there's no reason for the app to delay or deny my pickup since the reservation knows exactly where I am getting the truck from. Would be 5 star without app, which is unfair to the location. Location great, app crap.
