I am extremely disappointed with U-Haul. I reserved and paid for a 26-foot truck over a month in advance for my move on May 13th. Then, on the afternoon of May 12th — less than 24 hours before my move — U-Haul called to tell me they did not have the 26-foot truck I reserved and could only offer me a 20-foot truck instead. Because of this, my movers had to spend additional time breaking down furniture just to make everything fit, and even then, we could not get all of our belongings loaded in one trip due to the smaller truck... read more
The Team on Farm Pond Lane . Especially Marie went above and beyond. There was a Gentlemen. I forget his name ,but when I came to pick up my truck he was Amazing Overall they ge Staight A's across the Board. I Will be using U haul again. Thank you for Amazing Hires.
