Thank you guys on 1436 Main Ave, Fargo, ND ..... On the 9th of June, 2026 ... I used the cargo van to move my electric bike and other things . The next day , I return the van back to the fargo location , and thought I clear everything from the van. The next day on the 10th. I realized I left my electric bike battery in the van . So I went to the fargo uhaul location to look for my bike battery . And the staff was so professional and polite , to retrieve my bike battery from the van that I left behind . This is for UHaul corporate/Scheduling. Not the location. Location is awesome!!! Love working with them! Scheduling sucked. Initial contract was pickup in city A. UHaul Scheduling had me pick up in City B, 85 miles away 1.5 hrs away. 3 hours driving plus 45 min to pick up, of my time gone. Plus I had to pay for gas for my car, wear and tear and find a second driver, plus 4 hours of their time. Because UHaul could not deliver the truck to the contracted location. They did give me a 40% discount, but i still lost more in time ... read more

They gave me a truck for several hours for, with mileage and gas, like $35. Idk what y'all are expecting a uhaul place to do for you, but that's top shelf in my book.
