Horrible service horrible vehicles and the process was the worst. Blane was not helping at all and very rude. U haul should have some customer service training for the employees. Will never use this service again.
These guys are incompetent. They don't think a Chevy Silverado 3500 dually can tow a half ton pickup on one of their trailers.

I've been a faithful U-Haul customer for the last 2 years. I was working up the details of a settlement with the general manager of the Rapid City, South Dakota location. We had come to an agreement.I woke up this morning with a ninety one.Dollar payment being deducted from my account which has left me in the negative.So, waking up this morning, I have to figure out how i'm going to feed myself.Moving forward.
