Be very careful renting from this location. I've rented from Uhaul for over10 years in Fargo and never had an issue. I rented a trailer and didn't realize they put it as an in-town rental instead of one way. I dropped it off at the 52nd ave. location. The manager of main called the 52nd ave location instead of calling me about this. I had tried contacting the manager of main ave. several times over the course of 2 days. I wouldn’t change a thing. The guy working was excellent , the truck was excellent , and the rate was very fair. Overall an excellent experience that made my move as good as one can hope for.
Staff were efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. They hooked my trailer to the back of my vehicle themselves. Retail space was clean and organized. Parking and space for maneuvering is limited, but the location right off Main Avenue doesn't have other obvious ways to make it bigger or to have a better entrance.
This uhaul location was amazing! Everyone I worked with was so kind and patient. I don't remember everyone's name, but huge shout out to Sean and Blane and everyone else who assisted me with renting my trailer!! I can't say enough about how great everyone who works here is. Thanks so much!!! I will absolutely recommend this uhaul to anyone who needs to move.
