Just had an employee burst into my unit while I was dealing with very expensive sensitive materials, fling the door open so everyone could see what was in my unit, then proceeded to yell at me and threaten to throw my stuff in the street if I didn’t like it. I went to the manager Mike and he proceeded to accuse me of being a homeless person living in the unit. An employee lied about how long I was in the unit and now I have to find another safe spot because apparently homeless people r living there
Easy process to pick up and return, helpful staff
Friendly staff, easy in and out and they had the equipment as promised. One of the better locations I have used.
These guys are the best! Nothing about our move went as planned, but these guys helped us change course in a heartbeat! They treated me like a neighbor and didn't nickle-and-dime me. They really know how to take care of people, not just run a business. You can trust these folks!
