The one time I used Evergreen U-Haul, was a good experience. However, the TreWeek location is more convenient. Yet, it appears the Evergreen U-Haul, is redirecting TreWeek's customer reservations to Evergreen because Treweek will be closing sometime in November. Evergreen U-Haul needs to stop redirecting reservations from Treweek U-haul. I had called because I needed a one way trailer from kalispell to great falls, I was coming up to kalispell from missoula and called before I had left missoula because their reservation system was down. I was informed that if I came in they could figure something out for me to get a trailer to take. I drove from missoula to this store under the expectation that I would be able to pick up a trailer that I needed. Speedy trailer hookup, text recv. to take pictures of trailer afterwards before leaving the property. Done and done. Great people and very fast service!
These guys seemed kind and understanding about my early return of the uhaul. But lied about refunding me anything after two employees assured me! I didn't like that
