The quoted pricing is significantly different from what they actually charge. Initially, they mention that two movers will be assigned, but then they send three movers and charge a higher rate. While I understand that having an additional person may be acceptable, the issue is that even if the work takes only 3–4 hours, they still charge for 5 hours. Terrible and a scam they have poor communication and stated they would arrive 12-1pm and did not show up until 6pm giving a 2 hours window with prior knowledge of what needed to be moved then charged me more money that it went over while telling me it would only take 2 hours offered only $50 credit for being extremely late keep in mind the majority of the items were already wrapped and in boxes just needed to be moved nothing much for them to do just money hungry and poor customer service I believe because I am woman they tr... read more

I lasted about 1 year in the self storage. Management was always very helpful and friendly! Will use it again.
