Really nothing they could do to improve it. They were cordial and professional. I was interested in renting a particular unit I told them what I was going to do with it and they went the extra mile to figure out that wouldn't work and rented me the correct equipment.
They have known their elevator is malfunctioning for over a month and have yet to have it serviced. You're now warned: You can get stuck in the elevator! Now I am carrying even my heavy items up and down the stairs, like many others, to avoid being stuck again and again. Some people waiting ages for them to come make it move again.
