Made an appointment for a hitch installation which was over $800, waited for over an hour just for them to tell me that the kit was missing some bolts?????? What type of company sends out kits incomplete???????? And how does it take an hour to open a box and count how many bolts there are. This is insane.
I just wish I had later access to my unit, but overall a decent spot and location.
The staff was incredibly helpful and it took less me less then 20 minutes to check in and get my locker.
