DON’T FALL FOR IT . They are scammers. They will give you an estimate and when the guys come to move they will charge you more money ,my wife was threatened by these guys that if she doesn’t give them more money they will take our furniture away ,they started to abuse us .The owner plays along with them and he also started to abuse . Its a group which will scam you by giving cheap estimate and once they reach at the destination where the stuff needs to be unloaded that’s when they will start with the drama . Anaiyah was AMAZING!! I dreaded the truck/unit rental and she made it SO EASY! She was so, so helpful, pleasant ans made a stressful storage decision a positive experience. Truly, I cannot thank her enough for her excellent customer service! Highly recommend this UHaul facility in East Rutherford!
