Bad experience. They didn't have the dolly I reserved and then said no one around did. Guy had no idea what he was doing the whole time. There's really a lot more to say. Go somewhere else
Friendly & helpful staff. Rented a 10 foot truck and returned with no issues
Reservation online was simple, pick up and Customer service rep was helpful and pleasant, assisting to obtain the equipment was excellent, and drop off process and preemptive guidance from the U-Haul team was really helpful in making the drop off easy and simple. I would definitely recommend this location to others and plan on using them again in the future. Thanks U-Haul.
Ron was great when I returned the equipment I rented. Everyone there was nice and helpful. This location should win a U-Haul regional award.
