I was picking up the truck after hours on a Sunday. The instructions on the app were fairly clear, but when I opened the lockbox I was assigned to, the employees had not left the key to the truck in the box leaving me with no other option but to cancel my order. The U-Haul place closed at 1 PM on Sundays and I even called around 11 AM to verify that everything was gonna be good and the employee assured me of the process would go smooth and that they would leave a key for me. While the customer service is excellent at this facility, parking availability is very difficult. There is little room to drop off a truck, especially when people are loading or unloading from a storage room. The vehicle was clean and well maintained, however, it lacked a sunvisor on the driver side. Also, I could not adjust the driver side mirror.
Great experience renting here, customer service is five star.
