Bad customer service
Thank you to the amazing and resourceful staff. I felt I was well informed on my options, resulting in a smooth and easy moving experience. Serious kudos to Tashara for pointing me in the right direction and her general kindness.
Update: This is the response I received from Tischana: Just WOW!!!! We were able to back out the truck out of the parking space as it is at an angle not straight back so the mirror never touched and the mirrors fold, and I apologize that you did not know how to properly back out of the spot or use a 3 digit code in a word lock. Awful, awful, awful!!! Wish I could give negative stars. I went to pick up a 10’ truck at 5pm on 9/24/2025. Tischana is now sending emails to my place of employment saying I'm harassing her. They have asked her to stop and she won't. This is out of hand.
