I originally rented one of their larger units and come moving day after loading up an entire truck full of my belongings I arrive at the unit to find out that they made a mistaken and so I ended up getting multiple little units. They promised to notify me when the large unit was available. Setup my account with auto payment. They made an error on their end and put a lock on my unit.
