I just called to talk to the employee, and they asked if I could be on a brief hold, I was on hold almost 9 minutes. I called back, and the same thing happened, they wanted to put me on another brief hold, I told them that I has on hold for awhile, they said sorry ma'am, and hung me up.
Poor customer service and way to eager for additional charges
Rude gm, and false advertisement
They rented me the truck at a fair enough price. Left them a hundred dollars for them to hold the when I got back they would take out the rent money and reimburse me the rest. Well I ended up having to drive more miles because of my ex ole lady moved some of my things. So anywhere from 29 to 35 miles more for the day and time, they at first said I wouldn't get no e of the 100 bucks back and I owed them another 60 bucks.
