Rental Pick Up Location U-Haul Moving & Storage of East Alton 553 W St Louis Ave East Alton, IL 62024. Store only had 24 of the 60 furniture pads I reserved with the 2 furniture dollies and 26ft truck online. Rep said to call and make the reservation next time before making reservation online to make sure they have reserved equipment. Rep called the Alton store location for the remaining pads on my rental. I did not go to the Alton store to pickup the remaining furniture pads. I made do with the 24 furniture pads. Overall great experience the staff are awesome the truck was nice I have no complaints.
Scheduled for a hitch to be installed here under my husband name! Drive all the way from St Louis to this location only to get there and the guy says the person who does the installs won’t be in until 12pm. Why in the hell was I able to schedule an appointment for 7:30am then!! On top of all of that, I was asked can we drive all the way back out there after noon! Absolutely NOT!!
