U-Haul's website is misleading and their practices are frustrating but THIS location always takes care of me. This time I was assisted by James. He was super efficient, patient and very friendly. I guess it's a blessing in disguise that U-Haul keeps redirecting me to this location for pickup/dropoff.
Steve is a very polite professional person, he assisted me with everything i needed. His customer service is the best i have experienced. I will use this location from now on.
Rental Pick Up Location U-Haul Moving & Storage of East Alton 553 W St Louis Ave East Alton, IL 62024. Store only had 24 of the 60 furniture pads I reserved with the 2 furniture dollies and 26ft truck online. Rep said to call and make the reservation next time before making reservation online to make sure they have reserved equipment. Rep called the Alton store location for the remaining pads on my rental. I did not go to the Alton store to pickup the remaining furniture pads. I made do with the 24 furniture pads.
