Great staff and friendly service
Well it's like this. At 9:30 pm put call out to uhaul on app tried getting dot on exact point food not work 3 times and even voice,Chat 3 times in contact with over keybob told to stay with van I will call and text before 15 minutes. No call it said on app text to phone 10 to 15 minutes I thought he was lost. I waited till 1:50 minutes no call panic set in. This keybob was stolen from a 17year old pulling prank on me, took him to Sam's club I was in check out i looked away 5 seconds gone. They're he was outside by van coming... read more
The manager, Steven Jackson, was absolutely phenomenal. He was kind, genuine, and very helpful. I had the opportunity to interact with him on several occasions and even though the days were horribly hot, humid and uncomfortable, Mr. Jackson never let that affect his mood. He remained cheerful and positive which made the aggravating circumstances I was dealing with so much more tolerable. I hope all managers at U-Haul are modeled after Mr. Jackson. Thank you!
