WARNING..Horrible I got into an accident in the parking lot due to a stuck break peddle on a truck and wasn't even asked if I was okay was made to wait over 2 hours without anyone saying anything only to be told to go home and expect an email with charges. Side note look up the yr mk and model of their pickups and find out all the defects before you rent. WARNING WARNING.

Just picked up our trailer. Steven Jackson was excellent! Very nice and helpful. Very positive experience.
Couldn't take pics of the inside of the truck being filthy. App would not let me. There was also a large bag of trash left in the back that we discovered upon arrival to our first location to get our things. Plus the transmission was slipping from the time we picked it up. That is very unsafe. Luckily when I returned it to the next place they were much more responsible and notated all issues. Bowling green MO location I would rate 1 star. But East alton IL would be a 5 star.
