It was quick and easy to set up an appointment and get the hitch installed. The people were friendly and efficient and the price was great.
Excellent customer service
U-Haul's website is misleading and their practices are frustrating but THIS location always takes care of me. This time I was assisted by James. He was super efficient, patient and very friendly. I guess it's a blessing in disguise that U-Haul keeps redirecting me to this location for pickup/dropoff.
