I have been a customer from here twice. The first time I reserved a truck and showed up on time for my reservation to find out that they didn't have any trucks to rent out to me. The second time I went in to find a staff of unmasked employees (companies can choose to or not to require masks and Uhaul does not choose to require face masks during a state wide mandate).
