The service was excellent professional. I've rented a couple times from this location lately and it has become my favorite. I really like the manager and the staff. It is a top notch U-Haul!
They are so nice at this location. I needed alternative fuel for my school bus and Manny expertly pumped it in my tank with friendliness and professionalism. These days, great customer service with a smile is rare, but not at this location. Thanks again!! I'll definitely be back!!
TLDR - Manuel Delgado saves the day. Our reservation got cancelled before we got there, no trucks were available, the computer system went down, the backup computer system went down, the manager was angry, and everyone was complaining. We didn't think we were going to be able to get a truck UNTIL Manuel took over at the registers. He swiftly took care of everybody, got everyone's paperwork generated and signed, and did it all with a smile. He might be running this whole office?
