I had a generally smooth experience renting from U-Haul. The truck pickup process was easy—I booked online in advance and completed the formalities at the counter by simply scanning my driver’s license. Payment was straightforward with a credit card, although they didn’t accept Apple Pay, which would have been more convenient. Very rude, came to get propane told me he didn't have time to fill tanks i would have to wait on him a hour plus, told me I could wait outside for him to get there. Very unprofessional shouldn't be in charge of nothing. Not a good reflection for your business
