We booked a unit over a week ago online and when we arrived on our reservation date, we were told there was no unit available for us. The only one that was available “was not cleaned out.” They offered no solutions other than a unit at a location over 30 minutes away from us. We were not contacted to be informed of this unit not being available. We have 2 full cars packed and are now scrambling to find another storage company that has an available unit nearby. This was my first time renting a U-Haul and I couldn’t be happier. The van was clean and ready to go. The online check in was so easy and Elizabeth answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable driving the vehicle and had everything I needed. Highly recommend!!
This place is absolutely horrible .. Customer service is absolutely terrible. Justin and his sidekick is rude and unprofessional.
