Horrible service maybe things will change once they get rid of the incompetent manager named Justin . So sick of this location and lack of experience I’ve been coming to this location for years and always had a good experience until this manager has taken over. He has officially destroyed U-Haul and their reputation.
Went to this location on August 14 to rent a truck last minute. When I arrived the one of the many representatives was on her phone seeming bothered I guess because she had to work? While another representative was on the phone literally yelling…. Didn’t even get a chance to grab their names. We were able to rent a truck thankfully but upon requesting a utility dolly I’m assuming the GM Justin ? Was very adamit there was NONE available even the furniture dolly wasn’t available. We booked a unit over a week ago online and when we arrived on our reservation date, we were told there was no unit available for us. The only one that was available “was not cleaned out.” They offered no solutions other than a unit at a location over 30 minutes away from us. We were not contacted to be informed of this unit not being available. We have 2 full cars packed and are now scrambling to find another storage company that has an available unit nearby.
