**Review is for failure of staff at UHaul to check the lights on the truck and tow dolly. Truck only had 1 brake/turn signal light and the tow dolly had NO LIGHTS. We had to tow my car 75 miles, luckily we drove back roads, but if we were on I-85 it would have been VERY DANGEROUS without lights. Staff hooked up the tow dolly and didn't notice the truck had only 1 light? And the tow dolly had none? If you rent a vehicle, you must check the lights yourself.
Horrible service maybe things will change once they get rid of the incompetent manager named Justin . So sick of this location and lack of experience I’ve been coming to this location for years and always had a good experience until this manager has taken over. He has officially destroyed U-Haul and their reputation.
